The technician installed & mounted my Sirius Satellite Radio Tuner exactly as I had wanted it. Very professional and had tips on using a couple of additional cords, which I needed to purchase (happily) in order for it all to be streamlined as much as possible. Very happy with how it all turned out!

The techs work was awesome! He took the time to walk us through setup and use before we left the store.

The installer not only did a great job installing a back-up camera on our vehicle, but explained the process and how the camera worked. We were also impressed that he called to see if we wanted to come in earlier than the scheduled appointment after an opening came available. Great job!

The staff were highly knowledgeable and looked out for my best interest. The explained every step and made sure. Knew how to use the equipment. The stereo and speakers were of the highest quality.

Having the geek squad support feature is the best investment. I’ve had 2 dash cams installed and that alone paid for the benefit. I could have gone to a location closer to my house but the guys at this location are the best!

I have a lot of mixed feelings about this service, mainly due to the lack of communication from this particular technician as well as certain corners cut and not doing everything that was needed. If he hadnt done the job he did on getting the deck to fit, which was fairly custom, I would give a one star review. I provided all of the hardware for this installation, which was the stereo deck, a 4 channel amp, with a 4 channel amp kit. He instead installed only a single mono cable and failed to install the other rca, so I couldnt even hook up the 6x9s i had for this. He also lost the connector for the rear camera hookup that was supposed to be installed the following week, which was cancelled due to COVID-1984 ... so I had to wait until mid summer and then was told he didnt have the part, that i know was there because the stereo came with a camera and all the harnesses.

So happy with my install. These guys went above and beyond and were very helpful and knowledgeable.

The technician helped me to understand how to program all the different functions on the car radio. I was not initially able to figure it out. He was very patient in explaining how to program the radio

Excellent service by Noah, way beyond my expectations

The guy who installed my Kenwood head unit did a great job and very knowledgeable. Took time to explain and demo the head unit and answered all questions. He even convinced my to purchase a sub woofer a year later.

We had an Serius XM installed and the squad member did an excellent job. He even got it set up and going for us, mounted it in the perfect place and explained how to operate it. We couldn't have been happier. Thanks Geek Squad.

Nelson took time to go over everything with us during the consultation and then installed the unit in a very professional manner. He explained an issue that arose and offered several solutions and then fixed the problem.

My Sony install was great and with Apple Car Play I can use my phone to get Sirius XM without needing another subscription. Great if you have a car driven only on weekends .

Technician Maurice from ValleyStream loxation, was knowledgeable and experienced in the production. Installed device professionally. Maurice took the time to explain how to use the devices functions.

The installer did an amazing job figuring out my factory radio/ac controls. I feel lucky that my store hired some amazing and knowledgeable installers to get me taken care of.
