Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.when i rcvd my pkg i was so excited…. only to open and find parts that didn’t go and parts that were not labeled and had to guess where they went. the actual wood is sturdy the desk would have been beautiful if all the parts were together. the drawer knob ring falls off every time i open the drawer and i have to open it with my fingers and it’s so hard .

The desk was falling apart as it was being put together. I had to glue some of the finishing back on. A washer for the file cabinet was missing, so that is still not put together. The bottom piece will not stay up. Do not buy this desk. You will regret it.

Would be nice to have a pull out drawer for small items but drawers are available for about $60 on Amazon. Assembly was a little time consuming but fairly straightforward.

Directions to put it together were easy to follow, just took my wife and I a few hours to complete it. The box it came in is very heavy, so just be careful moving it around.

The problem that I had with it was that it wasn't sturdy enough for me. If you buy this desk make sure to also buy L-brackets to reinforce it once you've assembled it.
