They replaced a damaged board quickly. For the item itself, it is very cheaply made particle board that following directions, you will still split the boards. The dowel rods for the top and bottom were way too thick for the pre-drilled holes as well. I would avoid this brand if that is the quality of furniture that they will provide. But as I said when I started, the customer service is top notch.

Cheap, compressed wood

Easy to assemble
