Sausage Party is a good movie, there is no doubt about it. However, I say welcome to 2016 because before now, you would never have imagined anything like this film. It's basically a fully adult animated movie and that is okay, but it's just...unexpected. I knew this coming in and really wanted to see it, mainly because I am a fan of the crew that put this together. Overall, I was expecting more comedy coming from these guys, but it is worth checking out.

I found this to be very funny..and the revelations made to the food, who are the main characters, of who or what their god is, to be thought provoking. You have to have a kind of dark sense of humor to find some of the events in the movie humorous. The main characters are a hot dog and hot dog bun who want to get together, yes, that kind of get together. Then there is the lesbian taco who wants the hot dog bun. You wil Either. Love or hare this one.

Watching Sausage Party in 4k was great. Still amazed by 4k clarity. The voices of the cast members being among my current favorite actors made this program truly enjoyable. *The sophomoric humor and adult themes may be a bit much for younger viewers or even some mature audiences at times. Be aware, this is NOT your typical Dreamworks nor Pixar feature. Some viewers may be offended or otherwise distressed due to the nature of this film.

Hilarious raunchy movie, worth the watch however you can.

This is a funny/ stupid movie, I watched it and laughed.

This movie was very raunchy and very funny! Those who have a sick sense of humor will appreciate the humor revolving around the symbolism of the phallic sausage and the sexy feminine bun. Going in, you can predict some of the jokes in this movie, but they go further than you expect. Very funny! Also, some of the extras provided with the Blu-ray are great and add an extra level or appreciation for what goes into making the film.

Hilarious songs through out the movie was worth buying.

Funny and witty comedy great movie and funny actors

Provocative, progressive, shameless, and a few dozen more descriptors would do quite justice to this animated film. Not your Disney tale, certainly. Instead, you get a full blown array of adult jokes, and double meanings, and plenty of innuendo. Frankly, nothing you wouldn't expect form Mr. Rogen and his regular associates, Rogen and Co. So if you are familiar with Mr. Rogen work, this is no different, except for the animation part. If you're easily offended, this flick is not for you. If you're easily entertained, then this is your jam. Sausage Party delivers in ways most thought could not; laughs and heart.

I have often found the best animated moves tend to create wonderful sonic landscapes. With this movie, In addition to fantastic music (the opening musical is a laugh riot) and score, the foley artist and mixers do a wonderful job transporting you into different worlds. The animation of good, jokes are very funny, and the story line is also very good. This is not a movie I would recommend for youth or those who would take offense if they have a belief structure that is not based on facts as this movie does (between the lines) shed light on the value of faith versus skepticism.

This grown up animated movie is the story of a happy go lucky sausage, his supermarket buddies, including a female hot dog bun, a bagel, and a taco who all learn about the future horror that awaits them. When human beings bring them home to eat them. So they all embark on an journey to escape their demise. Highly entertaining and well voiced by the actors who play the various foods and condiments.

Funny movie, not usaully a big fan of cartoon movies but it had a dirty side theme to it.

Oh my lord! I should have expected something like this from the creators however I was blown away. It had a lot of funny moments and a ridiculous amount of obscene humor. There was even an ...of food at the end, not kidding. Do not buy or let your kids watch this. Do not watch with your parents or anyone that you think may be uncomfortable around adult humor with you.

This film is funny....BUT....you have to not be easily offended by constant crude jokes. If you're a fan of the type humor on South Park....you'll really enjoy it. If you find that type humor either not funny or offensive....pass on this film. That type humor doesn't bother me, but in film length there are places where you groan instead of laugh. Still...a funny film.

Hilarious and exceptionally dirty. If you are a fan of Pineapple Express or This is the End, you will love this movie. If you get this thinking it's a Pixar film, then I feel sorry for the disappointment you are about to experience. Some jokes definitely feel like they go on a little too long and the ending gets way too meta for my tastes, but overall a fine film.

This movie. Made me feel so uncomfortable in all the best ways possible. Funny. Crude. Inappropriate. Everything you would expect from a film staring Seth Rogan. The plot is honestly pretty solid all things considered even though it's based strictly around food. I would recommend if you need a good laugh and don't mind feeling a little violated by food afterwards.

This movie's concept is so refreshingly new and original! This movie is nonstop laughs from beginning to end. The movie is intelligent and filled with many different hilarious undertones. Don't be fooled by the fact that this movie is a cartoon, this is strictly for adults. Put the kids to bed and watch this: crazy,witty, and hilarious movie.

I really had a tough time making it through this movie. I kept checking the time to see how much I had left and was bummed to find out I still had an hour left. But then something happened, I started caring about the characters and the weirdness became its gimmick. The first half dragged but the second half is much better

At first glance you think its a kids movie but the R rating says otherwise. If you have kids and you watch movies with this type of animation, you'll feel right at home. Its a Seth Rogen and his crew so expect the envelope to be pushed. Recommended for anyone who enjoyed Superbad, 40 Year Old Virgin, This is the End etc
