I bought this at the recommendation of Magnolia rep and had to return it the next day. Very buggy. Also very poor I/R and only one RFI. Harmony Elite is less expensive and works much better. Don't spend the extra money for a subpar product.

This remote was supposed to provide one device to operate my TV, Audio system, DVDs, and cable box applications. It in fact did none of the above, i.e. would not operate any of my devices.

Unit was dead right out of the box. I would have replaced it, however I read reviews where other shoppers had the same issue. Buyer beware!

it won't connect to my 4k receiver, 4k directv box, or my Samsung 4k player....i'm sure it would be great if it was updated to current items....but I paid $500 for nothing

...and you can talk to it! I'm so happy that I had Geek Squad set it up, but even a novice can use it! Press the "mike" and you're off! It makes all the changes. Does things my husband's Harmony can't.

Not as advanced as the pro, but love the fact it works with sonos and has a color touch screen which shows the channels logos.

Lots of problems for the cost. The remote that came with the tv was better.

This is the best all in one smart remote out. It's works great with Sonos. Which was my primary reason for purchase.

Great remote and happy with the upgrade. Have had Harmony remotes for years and this one is the best yet.

I had the harmony remote first but did not always connect. The Savant has worked flawlessly

Forget all those remotes and get 1 to work all devices. Works in entire house.

Finally have a super cool remote that feels and looks great

Finally a great remote that's works every time you turn it on. It's a breeze to change between Cable and Netflix to Sonos then back again. Our receiver Is behing doors and the signal is strong and always works. Very pleased with this purchase.

The remote is capable, flexible, and complex. It does all of the things I wanted it to do. It requires professional set up and programming. I used Geek Squad. They were great. I do not think I could have done this by myself.

There were too many issues with this remote. The Geek Squad updated our current system & stated they were having difficulty with the system issues on this. In fact, we are going back to Logitech. It is more efficient than this one.

I returned the remote after having geek squad come and set it up. The router from mediacom and the host Base don't work together. Wish it would because I really liked it.

My boss needed me to get a surge protector because all of all the things I have around my desk I didn't have enough outlets. Has been working well so far!
