Bought Saving Private Ryan to help start my collection of 4K movies. Bought a 120 inch screen a couple months ago to go along with Optoma 4K projector and movie looks awesome!

What are the greatest motion pictures of Our Generation Steven Spielberg made such a realistic film and the actors all have great performances I highly recommend it

If not the best war movie, then right near the top.

I have loved this movie for a very long time and just recently purchased in on 4K - the sound and picture are incredible! If you are a fan, this is another must-own!

This film stands the test of time. The same message as "Eight Iron Men" with great directing and better acting, it will make you proud to be American.

Probably the most realistic war depiction ever recorded. Great acting and a top notch script make this movie a must have for anyone's library. I like hard copies of movies and music, as sometimes internet access is not too great where I live (I hate buffering on streaming networks).

The movie itself is fantastic, we already know that. However, the Picture/Sound is stellar, worthy of being added to your 4K collection to show off your setup!

Love this movie. I had it on DVD but wanted it on BLuray for the picture and the sound. Well worth it. Tom Hands is amazing in this film. Great supporting cast.

I already own the DVD w/DTS sound, but wanted a blu-ray version with the HD picture and remastered sound. It's still an incredible movie after 20 years.

Most likely one of the top 3 movies on WWII ever. Compelling storyline, excellent 4K video, audio and very good price. Definitely recommend this movie.

Let me say that the 4k disc improves upon what was already a stellar bluray. Picture and sound are pushed to a new level, especially the audio.

A true benchmark film, in which other should be based off! Picture quality, sound, and bonus features rate very high. Plus the film got a lot of awards!

In my opinion this the best war movie ever made. So realistic and a great story as well. The blu ray version with surround sound is amazing too.

Movies are always awesome but saving private Ryan was always a great one so I purchased it in 4k and it was even better than the first time I saw it

Portrays the reality of WWII, from the soldiers perspective. Graphic, pre-teens should not watch. Hard not to cry. Great movie, excellent music.

I have seen this movie on TV serveral times, but never had it in my movie collection. Since I have a 4K TV and player, all the scenes are clear.

As far as upgrade to 4K, the picture quality is slightly better but the sound upgrade is amazing for those who have a nice surround sound

Spielberg at arguably his best. What more can be said about this movie that hasn't been said before? Great to have in the 4K collection.
