I remember watching this movie growing up! It's about as damned funny as i can recall. I love how they try to do everything they can to keep him from marrying the terrible, controlling woman. Jack black is hilarious!

Saving Silverman's new blu-ray transfer looks leaps and bounds better than the old DVD release. The disc and case say it's the PG-13 Cut of the film, but I can confrm that it is in fact the R Rated cut.

There are so many classic quotes in this movie. Worth the upgrade

A great comedy trio indeed. Biggs, Black, and Zahn are a perfect trio, who each plays their respective role perfectly. Jack Black and Steve Zahn are a perfect duo that could support this movie enough with or without Jason Biggs, but he contributes enough. To be fair, I went to the movies to see this one, and I actually wanted to leave half way through the movie. Yet, I watched it again, and nearly busted a gut from all of the laughter. Great film that you should own.

This movie was somewhat of a surprise to me, and actually ended up being much more funny than I thought it would be. Good anamorphic widescreen transfer and bonus features. Recommended.
