Great movie for ;the under 30 crowd, fun and romantic

One of the best rom com's out there and just as much a movie for guys as it is for girls...the director, Cameron Crowe, has a knack for making movies like this... (jerry maguire, almost famous, aloha) A true classic with one of the coolest and most romantic scenes that every guy on earth wished he would have thought of doing first (hint, it involves a boom box) ...and what a soundtrack!!!

I used to absolutely love this movie as a child and bought it so I could introduce my daughter to the kinds of movies my sister and I used to enjoy. She loved it too! Would recommend to all 80s babies and parents who would like to show their kids how much simpler things used to be, but that some things never change. ☺

If you love John Cusack as much as I do, you will love this movie from his earlier days in Hollywood. This is the beginning of his quirky charming portrayals of a guy in love who doesn't quite know what to do but in the end gets it right.

This movie is a classic and one of the cherished references of cinema history.

Say Anything is an excellent 1980’s movie about High School / first time love, and how to deal with those emotions, as well as how to deal with rejection. Also touches on the difficulties of young boys and girls realizing what their path should be in life. I love this movie. It right on par with Breakfast Club as a must have 80’s movie about teen drama.

another early movie starring a young John Cusack as a love sick teenager lusting after Ione Skye. Also starring his sister Joan and an always great John Mahoney. Entertaining all around. Great looking blue ray.

I like John Cusack. He's a really good actor. This movie always has a lot of hype though I had never seen it in my younger days and it was not at all what I thought it would be. Still good, but much more drama than I thought it would be.

Another classic 80's movie that has John and Joan Cusak. And very typical over the top anthem of how teens are, but still a good movie. Always good for those 80's marathon days you need when it's raining outside. Or if you want to see Frasier's dad with brown hair.

This brings back great memories from when I was a teen and I still enjoyed it now. My teen daughter did, too, and you know how hard they can be to please ! ;-)

If you're a fan, and you own the DVD, get this anyway - the audio commentary with Crowe, Cusack, and Skye is worth it. Great movie for the neurotic romantic in all of us.

There are so many memorable lines ans moments in this movie. It is filled with heart, humor, and everything that one could want out of a romantic comedy.
