The messed up thing is that the product sold out so I cant exchange it. Best Buy knows collector's items would sell out so why not package the product better knowing the quantity wasn't much?

Arrived Damaged... again
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.As the title states, the steel case arrived damaged when I picked it up. Was told that I could not exchange it since it was already sold out and no discount could be offered without calling a customer service number. This is the 3rd time that it has happened to me for steelbooks, out of 6 or 7 purchases. Those are some pretty bad odds in my opinion.
