Loved the RE4 Remake, but I'm typically a PC player, so getting the chance to buy these steelbooks and have a piece for the shelf was really nice!

Best Buy is good at being cheap when it comes to packaging their media to the customer. The messed up thing is that the product sold out so I cant exchange it. Best Buy knows collector's items would sell out so why not package the product better knowing the quantity wasn't much?

The steelbook is beautiful inside and out. Perfectly compliments my PS5 copy of Resident Evil 4 on my shelf. A must have for Resident Evil fans

Arrived Damaged... again

As the title states, the steel case arrived damaged when I picked it up. Was told that I could not exchange it since it was already sold out and no discount could be offered without calling a customer service number. This is the 3rd time that it has happened to me for steelbooks, out of 6 or 7 purchases. Those are some pretty bad odds in my opinion.
