Phone is, at best, buggy/glitchy. OS updates had been done, it seems to be hardware related. Date/Time was constantly wrong, only received 50% of the calls, texts were also intermittent. Overall, not a good phone.

I had high hopes for this phone, which was purchased for my mom who has difficulty using smart phones. She has used flip phones for years. This one has some great features not normally found on a flip phone and appears to be a sturdy build with nice large buttons and display. Unfortunately, we could not get this to work with her Consumer Cellular service, so we had to return it. I think it would be a good phone for a senior as long as it is compatible with your carrier.

This phone already has more desired features than what most modern phone companies are able to deliver to consumers, the list consists of: Type C charging, 3.5 mm AUX, removable battery, SD card reader, removable SIM card, and easy to take apart. the downsides are that the phone was unable to take pictures when I got it but by using a precision screwdriver I was able to get the camera reconnected. The phone does allow for USB Debugging so you could sideload apps or use the ADB Shell. Just dont expect anything over-the-top.

This phone doesn't keep a charge for an entire day. I bought this for my daughter so that she could carry it around in her pocket without damaging an expensive screen but it doesn't even last throughout the school day. It's only a month old. Not recommended.

Good so far. I bought it for my father, who is thrilled. It's a phone that meets your basic needs at a good price.

I cant really rate the phone because it didnt get delivered. But looking at it in store, i really like the big buttons and large screen.

HORRIBLE! It echoes in the ear of the person I am calling and they have to call me back. That happens most of the time. And, DON'T EVER buy one! The first phone I had - the screen got screwed up and the second phone I had to buy (because the first one got messed up) still echoed. They both echo on the other end when making a call. The battery is horrible and Schok customer service is THE MOST ridiculous customer service I have ever worked with in my life! Not customer service oriented at all.

Battery doesn't charge at all! Turns off the second I unplug it!

Good phone. Simple, agile and the perfect communication device. I was surprise of the free bundle which is part of the device.

Despite this phone appearing on both Best Buy's website and Verizon's website as being compatible with Verizon's network once purchased I was advised it was not compatible as the IMEI # was not found on Verizon's database hence the phone was not compatible. Sadly, I cannot review the phone as it was never able to be used.
