    This is a look at Black college life and the difference activities which mold and shapes young adults to adulthood. This movie is packed with the next generation of Black entertainers. Laurence Fishburne, Giancarlo Esposito, Tisha Campbell-Martin and others are seen developing and sharping their acting chops for the future.

    While "School Daze" may not be as acclaimed as his other efforts like "Do The Right Thing" & "Malcolm X", the film works focusing on issues such as colorism and types of hair bias that are often discussed in the African-American community. The new 30th anniversary edition comes with new special features including a q & a and a retrospective featurette as this film comes highly recommended!

    So this movie right here, made me want to pledge in College lol. My friends and I would sit and watch it then sing along. Who knew there is really a bone room SMH. It’s a great movie with a true meaning.

    I love School Daze one of My favorite Spike Lee joint! Love This movie it makes you love & hate everything about attending an historically black college
