In our digital age this bike has a display from a different era- black and white that is very hard to read at ample light but when it is dark is impossible. Very few functions available . Seat is hard and painful to sit for long.

Easy to assemble. If you follow the instructions its really easy to put together in under 2 hours. Seat is comfortable and has ventilation. Very easy to clean.

I shopped for a while looking for a recumbent bike The Schwinn had by far the best ratings, and I have not been disappointed. The installation team were prompt, efficient and courteous. Good experience all the way around

It looks cool. The diff programs are nice. I didn't find the seat to be not comfortable like some reviewers did. I'm 39. The bike came not put together, but the instruction manual was great. Took me about 2 hours to put it together at a slow/chill pace. Here's my journey to lose 60 pounds. TY Schwinn and BB.

this has never worked as promised. We have called the store and to schwinn with no positive response. Also wrote to them. It is sturdy construction, bt programming does not work nor does heart monitor. I bought a heart monitor but it doesn't help with the lack of different programs.

Bike works OK but the heart monitor does not function properly. Pedals do not accommodate large feet and the display is difficult to read.

I would give zero stars if I could. First, let me say that we LOVE this bike, but we HATE the customer service experience of trying to get it fixed. We purchased this in Nov. 2023 and it stopped working March 2025. We have jumped through hoops with numerous emails back and forth, trying to get help to get it working again. The first thing we were told to try is a new adapter. We had to pay $40 ($20 for the part and $20 for fed ex shipping) and then that did not fix it. I was refunded $15 (thankfully), and then was told to call a number to get a tech to come diagnose. It was going to be betweein $145 and $200 for someone to come out, diagnose, then order a part if needed, pay for said part, and then pay for someone to install/fix it. This is TERRIBLE customer service - too many steps and too much money. PLEASE I just want to use this expensive bike! UGH. I will not buy another Schwinn product again - DO BETTER for your customers!!

I bought a schwinn 270 last year from Best Buy and really liked it. There were no 270s this year but the 230 is so similar which is why I purchased it. Very satisfied with the 230 as well. Assembly was great and delivered on time everything 5 stars
