Great all around quality and value! I have had many exercise bikes through the years and none come close to this Schwinn 270 for the money. The first thing I was so impressed with was the sturdiness and overall quality. Very easy to assemble. I had seen other reviews regarding the seat comfort and I totally agree. It also is a nice looking unit too! My wife and I are very happy to have purchased this bike as a Christmas Gift from Best Buy to ourselves! Great investment for our health for sure!

Assembly instructions were clear and process was easy enough (though some of the screws had to be re-tightened just a couple of days later). Once assembled, the machine is easy to operate and configure. The “ride” is smooth and does its job nicely. Changing settings on the display is easy, user-friendly, and intuitive. I wish the Bluetooth feature provided an ability to pair with a tablet/phone for the purpose of playing music/sound thru the cycle’s speakers, but that’s not a critical thing. (It seems to only pair with a finite number of exercise-related apps.)

The good: The pedal function is really quiet and smooth. Resistance is accurate and consistent. I like the different user capability to track workouts. It's good if you purely want a recumbent bike workout, with no extras. The bad: The seat rattles and makes noise. It is also very hard to adjust. Best Buy did the assembly. The app to go with it is terrible and hard to find - it is a Nautilus app "ExploretheWorld" and it doesn't work on older iPads or Android Tablets, including the Fire HD10. The bike doesn't send workout info to your iPhone. The heart rate sensors are terrible and are very inconsistent in being able to pick up a heart rate and they are way off of my Apple Watch. The display doesn't let you view time, heart rate and distance at the same time - you have to toggle between views. It ends up being quite expensive for what it is.

Schwinn 270 recumbent bike was delivered on time and placed in area planned by friendly workers. Easy to assemble and equally easy to operate. Tracks miles, calories, distance and heart rate. Will keep records for four separate riders and highlight when new totals met. Backlit screen easy to read and plenty of resistance levels and workouts included. Good way to get in shape!!

We got Schwinn recumbent exercise bike this summer -- nicest delivery guy and very simple to put together! Now that New England weather has turned cold, three of us are using it a lot! Very smooth pedaling. It's easy to program different workouts. Tiny fan is cool touch. Bike adjusts for different heights. I put a small cushion behind my back, but otherwise very comfortable. Bike feels very sturdy and yet is compact enough to fit in office/ sunroom. Looking forward to getting back to gym but great Covid solution that we'll still be able to use for years. Even better -- got it on sale

Good size, comfortable seat, and easy to use. I have osteoarthritis in my hip and this seat position does well to not put strain on my hip.

Great bike! I fell and then discovered I had arthritis and I needed to be able to exercise in addition to my physical therapy. The bike is comfortable and I can work up a sweat. Resistance works well for me, but I'm not an athlete. I have plenty of room to increase my resistance as I get better. I'm on level 6 now. I cannot figure out how to get the heart monitor to work, but I have a fitbit so it's ok. Delivery was exactly when they said at the beginning of the 2 hour window they gave me and I got frequent shipping updates. I would definitely buy this again and Best Buy did a good job carrying through. I did get this for an amazing Black Friday price.

Love this bike so far. It is exactly what I need! The buttons are easy to navigate. App is not so good though. I just use the pre program rides.

The schwinn 270 is a very good product. I would have given it 5 stars except for two items: 1) assembly of the pillar that supports the handle bar and console needs at least 4 hands. This is because the electric ribbon cables are too short and requires someone to hold the pieces closely together while someone carefully snaps the connectors together. You may need someone to also hold a flashlight on the connectors as they are difficult to connect. I thought we had done it successfully only to learn it was not fully connected and had to disconnect the column and reconnect the cables again. 2) The standard Internet app that comes with the bike is very limited and confusing to synchronize with your smart device (smart phone / iPad) As for the recumbent bike itself, it is great for the following reasons: - smooth operation - quiet - comfortable - I’m 6’ and the bike can easily fit someone shorter or taller (plenty of adjustment space left) - wide range of resistance to satisfy seniors,!beginners all the way up to lance armstrong. - numerous programs (heart rate controlled, time based, distance based, simulated terrains, etc. - great value - relatively compact and easy to move around if desired Suggestions to the design team: - make the assembly of the ribbon cable connectors easier - get a better app to synchronize with (eg a simple app for the smart Phone to track progress I highly recommend the product; great value for a solid, comfortable bike. I also highly recommend Best Buy!!!! Note: I had originally ordered this bike from Walmart online, a week later, Walmart sent me an email cancelling my order, I called them to ask why the cancelled the order ... and after waiting an hour on hold, they told me they would have someone contact me within 2-3 day (they never did).

This was a great buy! We have really enjoyed this bike. Very easy setup and use. Very useful for general fitness.

This bike was a Christmas present. It was not delivered for 5 months. The communication was terrible. ONe day it was going to be delivered and then it was cancelled this went on for the 5 months. Now that it is delivered my granddaughter loves it. She is autistic and finding exercise for her is not easy. But with this she gets her I pad, sets her timer and gets on and rides. The bike is wonderful but your delivery and communications were terrible.

I ended up with kidney failure and was in too much pain to exercise. This amazing exercise bikesfevot possible for me not only to regain my strength but it helped me shed the pounds I gained caused by my illness. I highly recommend this equipment for overall the best comfort and ease on all your joints and muscles.

We've had the bike for a few weeks and have used it several times. You can create user profiles to keep track of miles. It has multiple resistance levels. Doesn't take up too much space and can be easily moved with the wheels in the front. The assembly wasn't very difficult either. This is the perfect "lazy" at-home workout when you want to burn some calories but don't want to go to the gym!

Solid build, easy to put together. Recommend this bike to anyone looking for a decent exercise bike.

First of all, the directions were great, I put it together all by myself (female, 50+). Second, I was worried about the length because I have very long legs, but I have it set perfectly with room to spare yet! And lastly, I'm still on the easiest resistance but it's soooo quiet (definitely can ride & watch TV without turning up the volume). Even though I'm having some issues with the pulse monitor, I would highly recommend this bike.

Great recumbent I use it daily integrated with online videos. Resistance is very smooth. Great way to get cardio in the winter.
