This is a great show for those of us who enjoyed watching MacGyver first run, but can not stand the re-boot of the show. This was one of those shows that I did not watch first run. However, I did pick up each season as it came out. With COVID - 19 thought it would be nice to watch something new. We really enjoyed the show. Enjoyed it so much that I picked up the complete series box set. It is great having all four seasons in one box. Price wise, if you are going to pick up two or more seasons of the show, it is cheaper to pick up this box set. For me the only down side is they did not expand any of the special features.

Have not had it that long and one of the dVDS STUCK WHILE PLAYING I HOPE I DONT FIND MORE LIKE THAT.. THE HOLDER OF THE dvdS ISNT THE BEST i REALLY LIKED THE SERIES WHEN IT WAS ON.

I loved this show! I can't say enough good things about this series. Sure, there was a season and a few episodes where they went overboard with Murphy's Law absolutely run amok, with eye-rolling results, but they were always top form ultra-high-brow McGuyvers every time. They did, however, know to end the series at a high point, and realize that all their best stories were told, before "jumping the shark" one too many times. The only reason for a less than an EXCELLENT (five star) score here is that, like previous seasons, the set is NOT available on BluRay! Is somebody testing the viewers' understanding and capacity for IRONY? Seriously! The show is about the cutting-edge of technology and pushing the envelope of possibilities (generally with the help of improvised high-technology), but none but the first season has ever been available on BluRay. This has been an alarming trend with TV series on video, and one that needs to be addressed. (Though that's as far as I'll go here. You're welcome.) I *will* buy the complete series set for Scorpion, but not now. I will wait a while and see if the "powers that be" come to their senses and release the set on Blu. I absolutely WOULD RECOMMEND this series to my friends-- I have done so-- but at this time, I cannot recommend this set, on standard DVD (not even a Special Edition or fancy packaging???? C'mon!!!). Buy the series on BluRay (and give us some special features, documentaries on "how it was done" and other tech facts -- a trivia track for each episode would be off-the-charts-cool). It will be worth the wait.
