Too big to fit in the cigarette holder

Sure enough, when I tried to plug it into my Subaru crosstrek it didn’t fit properly. The charging USB ports don’t work and the holder barely goes into the lighter so it wobbles up and down a solid centimeter. Would have been nice to know that it’s not made for all cigarette lighters in all models.
