No longer holds the phone upright. Droops. Can't be tightened more. Seems good quality, but it didn't survive a single Texas summer without dropping. Tried to add adhesive to the ball joint, but it only added mess. Probably going to buy some 3m adhesive and mount directly on the dash after resorting to removing the mount from the charger. Not ideal.

I was in the store for over an hour and none of The store reps did not ask for help, I bought a charger and it didn’t work. I went back to the store to return and to buy another one and once again no one help and the line was super long so I just left

Make sure BEFORE you purchase that it fits your car/truck. We didn’t do that and we found out it didn’t fit any of our vehicles!
