The charger works great, the magnet holds my iPhone in place and doesn’t move while I drive- I’m actually using the cd mount with the charger unit

Does not hold iphone 15 pro max, magnet is weak

I bought this product and was extremely disappointed with it. Magnets are weak and my iphone would slide off like magnet was non existent. Horrible quality for the price

Slow to charge. Stopped charging after 5 months. Magnet strength was low and phone would fall off if I hit a small bump in road. Good idea, just didn’t work well and not for very long.

Its great until the charging port dies

The port that the charging cord plugs in to died, wouldnt be a big deal but scoche does not sell just the dual plug, id have to spend another $60 to just vet that one part and i refuse to do so. Sucks because i really love this mount.

It’s not compatible with 13 pro

The packaging says it is compatible with iphone 12 and newer, and features the fact that i dont need a case. This will not secure properly to my 13 pro. I checked their brand online and their own website doesn’t list the 13 pro as compatible, and gives dorections on how to use it with a case. Misleading, I used to like this brand.

The MagicMount Charge4 is a MagSafe compatible wireless charger and mount and is in fact compatible with the iPhone 13 Pro, however due to the iPhone 13 Pros larger camera, you are required to add the included MagicPlate to your phone or phone's protective case for secure mounting. If you own an iPhone 13 Pro we would recommend the MagicMount Pro Charge5 which is a redesigned version of the Charge4. It is fully compatible with the iPhone 13 Pro and does not require the use of an additional MagicPlate. Proprietary charge cable.

You must use the 12v power adapter. I was going to use it in a commercial vehicle that had 2 usb charge ports and this mount requires you to use their 12v adapter as it has a proprietary plug on the cable end. So completely useless if you cannot use their 12v adapter.
