I recently purchased this item and I must say that everything I was looking for in a phone holder. The design is sleek and modern fitting perfectly in the cupholder is secure holds my phone even during bumpy rides. I have multiple outlets to plug other devices and it’s very solid.

Good design for my truck. Recommended putting in a rag to go in the cup holder to make a tighter fit. Without it mine would slip out while driving.

Bought because of my insurance GPS. Stable and secure. This a a great holder. Going to buy more for gifts. BB called it a USB and 12V charging hub. It is not. Plugs into car port and is merely a connector if it stays plugged in. What a great idea if it actually held a charge and worth the money they charged.

Definitely not what I was looking for. Magnetic pad with charging does not work with my Samsung Galaxy in Otterbox case. Therefold it also does not hold my phone secure. Also too big and bulky, not able to adjust height because the bendable tube is very stiff.

Great sturdy item. Fits perfect in my cup holder. Really like that it has USB ports for charging. The top rotates without having to adjust the cup holder which is nice for the passenger Incase they want to navigate the maps. Your phone can be viewed vertically or horizontally which is nice for looking at maps on the wide screen. My only issue is that the indicator light stays on when plugged into the cigarette lighter even after the car is turned off. I wish there were an on/off button, not sure if it would drain the car battery if you kept it plugged in. I like this phone holder over the magnet holder since I’ve had issues with the magnets not holding ( even with a MagSafe phone case)

Fits well in my cup holder, love how i can have multiple things charging at once. The phone holder part keeps my phone steady and doesnt affect my phone from being charged.

This item is perfect. It is easy to put together and to install. It is easy to use, and you can charge more than one phone at a time. It is mainly a great addition to the vehicle because the new hands-free law went into effect on June 5.

It works well in my car. I've tried a few other styles and have had them pop off, break my air vent, cause my phone to overheat, or be at an awkward angle. This one is not in the ideal spot for viewing but the angle is very adjustable and it also adjusts for the size of cup holder your car has. It's staying put, I can see the phone's screen and it's out of the sun. The phone is easily inserted and removed. The only drawback to this type is how low the phone sits and it's slightly in the way of the gearshift but being automatic I don't mind that. It's the best solution I've found so far.

My New car compact car couldn’t fit an A/C vent like I’ve used for years. With two cup holders I thought I’d sacrifice one and try this out. I hated it at first, especially how it will swing around, but have learned to accept that as a feature. The arm is very stiff but I was able to make it work after a weak, tweak by tweak, adjusting the holder and the metal arm until it works. Because it can be adjusted, I now love it. The clamp/claw holds the phone well and releases it nicely when the drive is over. The mini well is a convenient place for glasses or wallet or loose change. Glad I found this alternative to my A/C holder of old

Such a great product. It saves you from gluing it to your console, you are able to adjust to fit your phone. It has multiple chargers to connect to your car. It has a space to put change as well. It also twists to adjust and lock into place. Could not recommend more.

This was a very convenient purchase for me and made a road trip a bit easier. However, it was far from perfect. The hub portion worked fine with charging devices, although not very fast. However, the actual head that holds the phone and the bendable portion are fairly difficult to dial in. For the head, it's fairly hard to pull your phone out as the release button doesn't really function correctly and pull it out easily. There is also not dial in method as if you try turning the head to better suit the angle, it clicks to another position far from where you need it. As for the bendable arm, it is very strong so I guess that is good but that is also it's biggest downfall. You can't easily reposition it without having to fine tune everything, and poorly at that. Overall, it'll get the job done if you absolutely need it to but I wouldn't really bother with it over other options.

Nice alternative to traditional dashboard mount. Plugs into cigarette lighter as energy source or into USB outlet. Fits nicely into cup holder (adjustable). Flexible arm holds phone in desired position.

Depending on where your cupholder is located in your vehicle will determine if this works for you. The adjustable extension is extremely nice. But the foam part that holds the phone in place can get worn out and the phone eventually starts slipping out.

Love this set up, easy and not in the way like the other are.

It's a bit big and takes away your cupholder, but you gain charging ports. It allows your phone to be at a decent level if you need to glance down while stopped.

It always swiveled, never stayed in one place. Now its broken from the cup. I got this after the one I had with Suction gave out and never attached back to the dashboard. Thought this was going to be the answer but no. Using the Vent phone holders make no sense in the winter time when you have to turn the heat on in your car . So you phone gets hot hanging on the vent. not a great solution. I guess now I will get the one that hangs from the rear view mirror. This one was a total annoyance. Swining alll over the place and never staying still or locking in position. now the arm has broken off and is sitting in the other spare cupholder. Not a long term solution.

Not perfect, but it is helpful that it has 2 USB slots. It would be nice if there was a bottom for the phone holder so that the phone would not so easily fall out. It would also be helpful if it came with cords. Still, however, it serves its purpose and is convenient that it fits in the cup holder and provides additional charging options!

Works excellent for a layout such as a truck or any vehicle that has cup holders far from the shifter. Awesome in that application, firm fit, great ergonomics and expanded charging capabilities. Terrible for a Prius, Acura MDX or anything that has the cup holders immediately behind the shifter. It gets in the way. Please look at your layout before purchasing.

The fact that the base is adjustable to snuggly fit your cup holder is fantastic. The arm is thick and sturdy as well as adjustable which allows you to perfectly position your phone. And the platform that houses the phone is also adjustable to snuggly cradle my large phone. I don’t have to worry about sticking/gluing the unit onto the dashboard. The product is well-made. I’m satisfied. I will be purchasing another for my daughter.
