This new 4k transfer is a revelation. Faithful to the original film elements, organic film grain with a huge increase in detail and dynamic range over the original Blu-ray. Fantastic film as well!

This 4k looks stunning, especially compared to the original blu ray. I got the steelbook & it's amazing. I do wish it was matte finish since the glossy steelbooks always leave fingerprints.

You only need one scream movie and this is it, the original. Legendary cast. Beautifully simple steel book. In the pantheon of the greats when it comes to slashers

I remember seeing this in theaters opening weekend 25yrs ago, and the quality definitely compares to that day! We just need the rest of the series in 4k now by the time 5 is out

Both a monument to the film that started it all and a tease for what's to come, Paramount Home Entertainment offers this game-changing horror classic in 4K UHD for the first time.

The first time I watched this was when I rented it on VHS from the video rental store as a kid. I wish they were still around, but thanks technology for ruining that. But back to the film, sure it was a departure for the genre and it has had lasting influence, but I just didn't enjoy it as much as I did when it first released.

This is one of my favorite horror movies of all time. They did an amazing job putting it on to 4K. Absolute must see to believe.

Excellent movie and a must-see for any horror fan. Only downside is that it doesnt also include a standard blu-ray disc like most 4k coppies.

Hope they release one for all 4 movies on there respected anniversaries. Obviously 5CCREAM got one on first release.

I missed out on the steelbook and settled for this one, it came out before I got a 4k player, but they had the best price on this one

Great film and extra features. Restored to perfection for one of the most iconic horror films ever made. I recommend buying, took me 2 weeks for a copy to be available.

Great movie and they released the sequel on 4K now also, I hope they keep releasing the movies in this series on 4K

Scream is my favorite "scary movie" franchise and being able to add it on as a 4K Steelbook is just an added bonus to my obsession with the movie and steelbooks.
