The SCUF Valor Pro Wireless is absolutely a premium-feeling controller. It has real weight to it, feels high-end in the hands, and performs great across the board. Build quality is top-tier, and the short-pull mechanical triggers are a sweet touch. But after two years on the Xbox Elite Series 2, the Valor Pro just isn’t as comfortable for me. The grips on the SCUF are thicker and chunkier than I prefer, and I wish the face buttons were clickier like the triggers. It would be nice if the xbox logo would light up as well. Those are personal preferences, though—nothing to do with the quality. Overall, if you don’t mind a thicker grip, the SCUF Valor Pro Wireless is a fantastic, premium controller that I can easily recommend.

You may have had a similar experience over the years. Xbox controllers used to be built for nuclear war, but the elite series 2 can't even win a battle against my TV. SCUF has replaced my yearly routine of replacing overpriced microsoft controllers to one that is anti-stick drift and has a nice feel, with paddles that glick like mouse buttons. It's so satisfying to use, and feels quite durable. The face plate comes off for easy cleaning or stick swapping. I will be staying with SCUF if they continue to make controllers this well, and with non-analog sticks that don't drift being a major selling point. Time to play some more BF6 :)

This Xbox controller is hands down one of the most comfortable and reliable controllers I’ve used. The build quality feels solid right out of the box, and everything from the buttons to the analog sticks feels smooth, responsive, and well-balanced. The textured grips make a noticeable difference during longer gaming sessions, and the triggers feel precise without being stiff. I also really like the updated D-pad — it’s clicky, accurate, and works great for both casual play and competitive games. Connectivity was effortless. It paired instantly with my Xbox and also works flawlessly with my PC and phone, which makes it super versatile. Battery life has been great as well — I can play for days without worrying about swapping batteries. Overall, this controller just works. It’s comfortable, durable, and performs exactly how you expect an Xbox controller to perform. If you’re looking for a dependable controller for console or PC gaming, this is an easy recommendation.

Excellent controller, tried to see if I would like over the elite 2. Now the elite 2 is collecting dust. I would honestly say it’s the best controller out there. Battery life is great, mouse clicks buttons are a game changer. Get one if you have the chance.

I want to start by saying that I am a larger man (6’6”, 285lbs). I have bigger, stronger hands than most people. Because of this fact, I need a more durable controller. The original factory controllers I wear out really quickly. So I changed to the Microsoft elite controller. It instantly felt stronger and more durable. Unfortunately I found out about stick drift after about a few months of use. I have now upgraded to the Scuf valor with absolutely no stick drift problems and I’m completely satisfied. Also, the fact that I can change the stick sizes as well as the style of the face plate is a huge plus! Would definitely recommend.

The build quality feels premium, the responsiveness is incredible, and the customizable paddles give me a serious edge in competitive gaming. The SCUF Valor Pro feels great in the hands and has a solid, premium build. The buttons are responsive, the sticks feel smooth, and the wireless performance has been reliable. It is especially nice for gaming on Xbox and PC, and the performance features make it feel like a step above a standard controller. Very comfortable and accurate during longer gaming sessions.

Great controller I original bought the bfg controller and returned it to get this one. The joysticks are really nice and the triggers when locked in place have a mouse click to them as well as the bumpers. Overall i would recommend this controller.

For the price you will not be disappointed this controller is well made has excellent grip with smooth stick movement and the mappable paddles on the bottom don't stick out so much that they're in your way, also can be mapped without using any app or software, so you can't get a good grip on the controller. I specifically bought this controller to get a little extra Edge playing Hunt Showdown 1896 and it helped a lot, combined this scuff controller with the steelseries Nova 7X and they work well together on any game

Great controller. Exactly what I wanted for my rocket league sessions. Mappable buttons on the back are easy to use. Controller feels solid. No stick drift with the Hall effect sticks. Overall just very good. App isn’t great though. Also, I wish the thumb sticks had texture across the entire top, not just the edges. My thumbs slip off more often than I would have expected. Far better than my elite controller though.

I was hesitant to buy this but it works amazing compared to. The Xbox elite 2 controller in every way I will be buying more in the future very easy to setup

I love the comfort and build quality there is just a few things i would change. The a,b,x,y buttons need to be micro switches, and the back buttons placement should be set up for 2 finger grip instead of one. Aside from that everything else is great.

Controller feels as if it is made of premium components and has a good weight. Favorite feature is the grips, My G7 ZZZ edition and Xbox Elite 2 controller grips are no where near as good. The only draw back of this controller is the face buttons ( Xbox home, start, select, share ) Scuf cheaped out a little on these.

Connects great with pc and responsive. Would recommend the USB stick, but can be used either connected through cable or bluetooth.

I’ve tried many different controllers over the years and have been a big fan of Scuf for a long time. A Scuf controller is usually one of the first purchases I make when I get a new console because the back paddles are a game changer. This is especially true if you're into competitive games or just want to play at your best, as you can keep your thumbs on the sticks while moving like a boss. The feel of this controller is fantastic. I find it's just the right size and weight for my hands. It comes with normal-sized concave sticks, along with one short dome and one long dome. I installed the new ones by taking off the magnetic front cover, which has a matte, rubber-like feel for added grip when gaming. The sides also have a rubberized texture. I’m a big fan of the paddles on the back. I tend to “flick” my middle finger to hit them, whereas, with past controllers, I’d use my third and fourth finger to click instead. You can do that here as well, or you can remove the paddles entirely. You can also adjust what button each paddle is paired to on the fly, and the controller supports three different profiles. The primary buttons are all membrane, and the D-Pad seems a bit small. It's super easy to turn the quick triggers on or off. The LB and RB buttons come along the top and wrap into the sides a bit, making them easier to hit. All the buttons feel super solid and crisp. This is one of the best, if not the best, controllers I’ve used. Performance is great. I particularly like the 1,000 Hz polling rate on PC. I've gotten so used to a mouse and keyboard at higher polling rates that using a controller is usually not a fun experience due to the much higher latency. On PC, at least, that issue is resolved, and I find myself being a lot more accurate and effortless in games, just like I am with a mouse and keyboard. And is the biggest selling point for me and why my other controllers aren’t as fancy. I don’t use this function at all, but the 3.5 mm port with dials for both game and chat volume is a very nice feature. The USB-C port at the top holds cords very snugly, so it doesn’t feel like it's going to fall out easily. Though, if you were to drop it, that same tightness might be a point of failure. I’m also a big fan of the matte black finish. I found the sticks to be very accurate, with even the most subtle movements being picked up accurately. There's no stick drift… yet, but I haven’t had enough time to test that out thoroughly. The switch on the back to go from Bluetooth to PC to Xbox is awesome. It's just a very well-laid-out controller, where comfort, feel, and performance are all in the S-Tier category. The included charging cable could have been longer, and I would have liked more stick options to come with it. Having a 1,000 Hz polling rate wirelessly and on the Xbox console would also be fantastic (but we aren’t there yet). I usually play plugged in, so I can’t talk about battery life. Overall, this is an easy recommendation from me. This is my go-to controller from here on out and the best Scuf controller I’ve tried.
