I recommend this to everyone for an easy swap if they are just trying to replace apples for apples.

Nice size hard drive

Felt it was quite the value for its size. Easy install, have yet to make use of any of the nifty software included in the package. Quiet running and cooler than a couple of smaller hard drives I'm running.

I would recommend these to anyone looking to upgrade their computer or to set up their NAS unit.

We also use this as a music storage drive while recording our band and it hasn't had a problem keeping up while recording multiple tracks.

Easy 2TB Install

If you're looking for a quick 2TB, go for it. I actually put it in an external box to have some portable fast media space. It works great!

For the amount of memory you get for the price you pay for me the Seagate are a no-brainer
