Bought this to replace an old hard drive. Seems to be running great. Double the storage of my old HD and a much better price.

A great hard drive for storing photography, Quick response for pulling up old photos from thousands in files over the years.

I have had over a dozen WD hard drives...at least 3 completely broke on their own (not dropped or anything). I have had about as many seagates...and still have them all.

I got this to add hard drive space to MTV older Mac Pro. Was a quick and easy installation and it workable just fine with no hiccups or stalls. Great buy for the price asked.

I had to replace a factory 2tb HD on a Dell laptop, and this was the perfect fit. Only took a couple of minutes to install.

I bought it to upgrade my PS4. It only works with NYKO's Data Bank. The install was simple and quick. The HDD has worked with no issues. I highly recommend it!

Made this my new boot drive and am using my older drive for just storage. It runs fast and was easy to install with good instructions.

I have had luck in the past with Seagate. I bought 2 Barracuda 2TB internal serial ATA hard drives for a mirrored raid array for my computer. There were no issues and I didn't expect there would be any. Not much else to say. They have worked without a hitch. Again, that was expected.

Quiet, large and a decent amount of cache. Not much else to say. Get the drive on-sale and you're getting a bargain. Will update the review if the drive fails (had issues with Seagate in the past, but so far - AOK)

So far it has not given me any problems at all. The price was good for the size and the speed. It's no SSD but it get the job done.

Using this in a professional video editing environment. Good speed, reliable performance. What else is there to say?

Easy installation, worked as expected. I do wish they had included the small screws to secure hard drive to frame.

Seagate, in my opinion, have always produced exceptional products. I have external HDDs and now this internal HDD when my Sony Vaio desktop HDD crashed. So far it's working perfectly, no complaints here!

Had to increase the storage so changed out the hard drive, no issues so far ,and was easy replacing the old one.

Bought this drive to replace a WD drive. The original WD failed and I had it replaced a few months ago, now the replacement fails. No more WD! Everything I read about the Seagate was positive - hope it lasts.

I bought 2 of these drives after my original hard drive died. These drives were easy to install and have performed wonderfully.

Install easy, loaded my windows 10 and office 2016, loaded my music, lots of storage space. I'm back in business

Installed and loaded up first try. Runs fast quiet and cool. This thing is great!!!

The drive is installed on an i7 system running Windows 7 Professional. Replaced a 1TB 7200 RPM drive of a different manufacturer with similar specs. Only concern is the "clicking" sound it makes when accessing files. Best Buy's Geek Squad says it is normal - we will see.

A great hard drive and have yet to have any problems with it. A great price for what you pay for since the HDD market is getting cheaper to get more space for gaming computers
