Replacement Hard Drive

The extra room is nice as the 2TB was nearly the same price as 1TB. No problems after installing operating system and software.

I chose the seagate because I have used them in the past. This drive has not let me down. I was easy to install and works great with my system.

Excellent hard drive for the money
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Very good 7200rpm 3.5" hard drive for the price. 2TB capacity, 1TB platters, 64mb cache, high transfer rate, runs cool and quiet. I have now bought 2 of these from BestBuy. I buy 90% of my computer equipment from Newegg. But since BestBuy now matches prices, if they have the hard drive I am looking for I buy locally. I have been seeing too many hard drives arriving DOA when shipped individually even by the best carriers. BestBuy should receive larger quantities at any given time which should minimize shock damage. I test my drives by running diagnostics for several days before putting them into service and no DOA's to date. Since this is the retail and not OEM version, it includes a 4 pin molex to SATA power connector as well as the SATA data cable.

Great hard drive for the money!
