NEVER a problem

I have have never once, out of scores of hard drives, ever had a problem with the Seagate Barracuda 2TB drive. Yes, I have tried several other brands and have issues with most of them (Western Digital, Toshiba...) but not once with this particular brand of Seagate drive. I don't recommend their "Eco Drives" which tend to spin down and take themselves offline to save power.

Good quality drive

exact hard drive replacement for my tower
