Major diffrence in my laptop.i had no free space at all before we purchased this product. It's very simple to install and if by chance you have any trouble you can always go to the geek squad at best buy. I had a young man help me remove some bad Trojans etc from my laptop. He also freed up a lot of space for me. I tried to do it on my own for a couple of weeks and failed myself. Now that I own this product Ive started my home business with a fast running laptop.

This is a nice, simple, easy to use external hard drive. It is exactly what I wanted, something I could plug in and copy files onto. Love the USB 3.0 interface. File copying is very quick and painless. The process could not be simpler.Best Buy actually had the best price on the web so I drove to the nearest store and bought it. Great job by Best Buy!

The Seagate Backup Plus has plenty of storage with 1TB and comes with it's own very easy to use Dashboard software for backing up individual files or your whole computer, you decide. It also has a continuous backup feature that is great because you never have to remember to backup as it does it for you automatically. Great product and less expensive than it's competitors.

purchased this Drive for my wife when see changed to Windows 10 easy to set up and back up with this drive. Plus has plenty of space for anything else she needs to save.

Product is very good. Works fine and is friendly user, light and small.

I have several Seagate 1TB portable HD and these have remained stable and reliable compared to other brands I have owned. I would prefer to have a switch on the drive to allow it to remain plugged in and switched off when not active, however, I have found and use a USB hub with each port switched so I can select the drive I need and switch it on. Again, I have found the Seagate to be the most reliable of the external HD's I have tried.
