Dependablity with low price

We use it as a system back-up. Thankfully, we haven't had to use it to recover data from a crash. So we don't know how it will perform in a recovery situation. The USB cord appears to be product specific. Don't lose it or break the cord. I wish I didn't need a product specific cord for every device. You would think we could have a universal standard like USB on both ends.
