This is a great hard drive, fast and easy to install, Although i had to format it in order to be read by a PS3 system; it was an easy step so i could storage all my photos and videos from my PS3 into this device without any problem !

This is an excellent and cost effective source for backup of data. It is very small, runs quite with no heat. Powers from the USB cable so cuts down on cables and AC power plugins. It is also USB 3.0 which should be much faster than 2.0 though I haven't used it with 3.0 yet but will soon with new 3.0 computer. Not real happy with included backup software. Will work but has a lot to be desired.

This external storage device is small, light and good looking. It looks like a cell phone charging on a computer. It's worked well for what I needed.

Needed an external HD as a backup to transfer files to a new computer. The price point on this drive was exceptional for the amount of storage. Utilized Time Machine to back up an old Mac, then connected this drive to a new Macbook, and transferred data flawlessly. Now this drive will continue to back up the new machine on a regular basis. I now have three of these drives.

I recently added this drive for special backup needs that I have. The drive has been in constant use for about a month and 24/7. It seems to be solid construction, very light weight and thin. I like this product better that the slightly larger Toshiba 1.5 TB drive with similar dimensions. I would buy this again if I had the opportunity. I think this is a solid, useful, light weight product.
