It is very fast is very small it is not the first one I've had but it is the first one I've ever had that as small as this. You can be sure if you buy this you will be very satisfied. Great fit for my needs

I have started a project to scan and save my parents' old pictures with indexing so that I easily find the photo that I need and share the pictures on CDs. He indicated that I need an external drive to run the software and he was even surprised at how much capability this little drive had.
