For relatively cheap, the Seagate Backup Plus Slim 1 TB External Hard Drive STDR1000100 is a solid and easy to use back up device. I love it! I use it regularly to back up my iPhone 7 plus 257 GB and my 500 GB HP computer. It's quick, seamless and works on USB 3.0! I highly recommend this device.

I've been a Mac user since 1984. The Seagate - Backup Plus Slim 1tb External Portable Hard Drive is as easy as it gets. It was instantly recognizable on my 2007 iMac as well as my 2014 Mac Mini. I highly recommend this drive and appreciate the help that the Geek Squad folks gave me in my selection.

Title says it all. Crack open the case, remove the hard drive, swap it with your default PS4 hard drive. The end.

These drives are wonderful. Have several of them, and use them with PVR devices. Never have I missed anything due to the drives having an issue or failing, for several years now. I try to exclusively buy Seagate. Great drives from my perspective. Will buy again, and certainly recommend to others.

For the sale price, it can’t be beat...and the mobile backup option is a great feature to have.

This is great for backup of your data!! Just plug it in to install and it will back up your drives automatically!!

Usage of this external hard drive was simple - just plug-in to a Mac and everything backed right up to it! Only thing I didn't realize was how long it would take - I had to backup about 260 GB and I need to insure that the "Sleep" settings on the Mac were turned off so the process would not pause.

These are great quality external hard drives. Would suggest not leaving them plugged in around the clock though.

I'm not a fan of bus-powered devices, but this one works nicely for transferring files quickly and easily via USB 3.0

I bought this for work. I teach high school math and constantly have many files to save. It is very handy and covenient. I haven't had any issues thus far. I keep it in my purse and take it out whenever it is needed. I will definitely buy another, perhaps with the same memory as it is quite a lot.

Seagate portable hard drive is great. Its easy and light to carry and pretty easy to use.

It serves the purpose of having a way to save all your work from one computer or laptop and to be able to use it &/or transfer it all to another. Also, when I wiped my lap top clean to pass on to another person - this was perfect way to save ALL my work before wiping lap top clean of all my work.

Works as advertised. Easy to use and transport. I buy a lot of these when working on projects with clients and transfer information and final versions back and forth. It could use a hard protective outer shell to protect against bumping around during transport, but they sell some separately.

It seems to cut out a little with the included wire but when using our galaxy s5 USB 3.0 cord it works fine.

Great product great price. I use it to backup/store files the 3.0 speed saves a lot of time with big files.
