The Seagate Backup 1TB is the best way to go. It's portable and slim. Not the bulky big normal external hard drive. This is great for both Apple or PC. I have about 4 1TB for different things as I travel a lot. Always backup your computer as you never know what can happen.

Needed to purchase this because the memory on our X Box was full. Not sure why this is required.

I use this little guy to keep a current backup of my laptop. Love the handly little size. Wish the cord was a little more universal (in case I lose it), but it lives in my laptop case and provides insurance. It's perfect for that.

I bought this to replace an old LG 1TB NAS drive that died on me. I've been pleased with the ease of setup and the flexibility it offers. While it is a bit different than having the NAS drive always available, it does a great job of backing up all my critical files and data.

So convenient to have an external hard drive for back up. Functions good and serves its purpose!

This is the third Seagate backup drive I've purchased at Best Buy. I wanted it to connect to my router for network storage and photo backup. The included software doesn't appear to be particularly useful. I didn't use it. I attached the hard drive to my router and it showed up on my computer as a network drive, just as I wanted. No complaints. Price was good for 1 TB. The case looks good, too.

This external drive is really easy to use and install, but the install for registration part was acting goofy for a week or so. May have needed an update on their part and they fixed it? My roommate had no problems using it on his computer to transfer over music and tv shows on it for me to use.

Easy to use and is very slim! The overall simplicity is great and would recommend to anyone!
