I love all the features available with this hard drive. Like you can save stuff from your phone too. Also, I like it can be used for mac and pc. I had some issues getting it set up at first though.

Don't waste your time buying the more expensive version. This was very easy to install. My son used it for his Xbox. Yes I would recommend it to anyone who wants to buy this product.

Happy with this product. It is small and compact, and delivers evrything required. Would recommend.

Truthfully haven't used it yet but Seagate is great product I don't think there will be issues

backed up my pc before upgrading to Windows 10 but had no issues and didn't need to use product

bought this because i have a laptop with very little memorry so bought this product and it works great i even boughta second one for a friend of mine i deffintely reccomend it

Bought this as an early Christmas gift for me at a discounted price. Slim and portable. The only reason I gave 4 stars because this hard drive does not come with built-in password protection. I have to use some third party utility to password protect it.

Enjoyed the speed of the USB3 on this external Hard Drive. Best Buy personelle was very helpful.

This is actually my 2nd seagate hdd. It does the job and is small. I loved the 2tb so i later ended up buying this. They work fine for xbox one or for laptop

My main problem with past external hard drives was intrusive backup software, which used to be extremely annoying and disruptive in many ways. This one is NOT like that, you install it if you want. Or you install it and you use it if/when you want. Otherwise you just manually back up your files to the hard drive, in folders separate from the automatic backups.This is great! One minus - the backup software does not track updated files. It backs up everything again next time you do a backup. At least this is the case of manual backups. Did not experiment with hourly or continuously backups. It feels study and well built. Of course, a more realistic review would be to say that it still works after several years, but I don't know about that as I just bought it last month.

It's fast, very quiet! Was expecting much but I am happily surprised thus far! Great for storage.

I bought this product for my girlfriend to use at college. She has an animation class that she uses it for to back up her projects. It is fulfilling her needs. She is very happy with the product.

Bought this to use in my xbox one and kind of wasn't sure if it was going to work or not, but it did. Just plugged it in and it said to format it for games and it works great.

Bought this external hard drive for the new PS4 4.50 update and it works beautifully for it! I have tons of games on it games that I couldn't fit in the PS4 500GB hard drive.

Compact but a whopping 1TB of storage.I backed up my old pc with 500 mb data and restored all my files to a new one in just a couple hours. Speedy transfer rate and easy to use.

I bought for my Xbox the on board memory was gone and I did not want to pay for the Xbox branded memory this was less and took care of the problem and I am adding more games .

My wife takes a lot of pictures on her phone and this has helped free up a lot of space in my computer hard drive. Very portable so I can attach to any computer to view the pics.

Bought this as a portable backup drive for my 750 GB laptop. Very pleased as product is very easy to use, travels well (with additionally purchased case), and USB 3.0 transfers data very quickly.
