I needed a USB drive fast, and I only had 15min before the store closed. I ran up to BestBuy, found the Seagate drive and was pleased to find it was a lot cheaper than I saw on the web. Works great.

very useful device for my technology needs. It is compatible with either Win XP or Win 8 which I have currently. Seagate is a Very reliable brand, I have purchased other external hard drives to store my music and videos, and I am very pleasant with it.

Easy to use and set up as a Time Machine back up for my Mac Mini. Used it as a safeguard before upgrading my operating system. Lucky that I did as I subsequently had problems with the new IOS and had to erase and restore my data. Worked like a charm.

I bought this as an additional harddrive for my Xbox 360. It fits everything I own! It's fast and efficient as well. Its small and sleek and doesn't take up much room. Plus it doesn't make any noise! I would totally recommend this for all your Xbox needs!

This is a compact storage device that does the job for me. I store general documents and pictures on this device and it works fine. Not sure how it would perform if playing music or videos directly from it, as I don't do this. Relatively inexpensive.

This a very good external portable hard drive. I purchased this because I was running out of memory on my laptop and this seemed like a very good option. I researched it after I purchased it and I got it for a great deal. I recommend this to everybody!

I needed a back up device primarily for my MacBook Air, I purchased this because it can also be used to back up Facebook photos, and I have a lot of photos on Facebook. I've been pleased with this product so far and would definitely recommend it.

Needed a drive to do some data transfers from a clients failing iMac. This wasn't the fastest drive in the world, but it was definitely up to the task. I have shied away from Seagate for years, but I'd recommend this one if it's ever on sale again. Can't comment on the software that came with I didn't install. I'd buy it again especially at the sale price.

I love it! I am notnvery tech savy so I was not sure what to get. I ended up getting this and its great. No problems and has lots of memory. Slim so it doesnt take up much space. Worth the money!

Get these to backup your important files. Here is how I recommend you use it. Plug it in. backup the files and then unplug it. some viruses wil attack your external files too. Keep it unplugged most of the time, use only when you back up new files.
