simple to install and use. second best thing, small and compact.

The Seagate 1 terabyte backup hard drive works great with my HP laptop. Running Windows 7. I am using it to store my photography pictures. This portable hard drive is suppose to work with XP, Vista, and Windows 8 as well as Mac, Android, and IOS 6,

Easy to use (I am not computer savvy), small and portable. Very happy with this product. Was going to get just a jump drive but was recommended this, have not been pleased with externals in the past so was hesitant, but am very happy with the purchase.

I have been wanting to save all my pics from dropbox, but I reached the limit, and I did some research oh this item and got the time to use it and I love it, it has a lot of memory foe the price, now I can stop thinking about loosing all my data .

I bought this because it was one of the recommended units for use with my Channel Master DVR. I use it as an external hard drive. It runs all the time when we're watching TV or when the DVR is recording something. It's small, quiet, and doesn't run very hot. It recorded nearly ALL of the Olympics and played it back while recording the next thing! No glitches! Seems totally solid. I've had other portable Seagate drives in the past that have been just as good, so I expect this one will run for quite a while. Seems like a totally solid drive!

I was in need of having to reformat my hard drive on laptop but I didn't want to lose my 150+gb of music movie pictures... I decided to get a hardharddrive so I could back up all that. Check bb.com came across a external I felt was within the range I wanted to pay, it was more then big enough as well. Small,slightly bigger then a credit card. Can't say if it's fast or slow but I'm not waiting forever for the files to transfer and I'm very happy with this purchase. I would get. It again if I needed another one or recommend to anyone that's looking for one to get this one.

It is a great external hard drive for the price. Bought on black friday for $39.99. Purchased it for a secondary option to be able to place another copy of pictures and other important items on it so that I can put it in the safe deposit box.

Easy to use for transferring pictures and videos on multiple operating systems. The USB makes it easy to plug into picture kiosks for printing pictures. Small and compact as well.

I bought this to hook up to my Xbox One. It was extremely easy to just plug in and get the system to recognize it. It needed to be formatted to work with the X1, but that was simple also. It's working fine and I don't notice any delay in my gaming.

Purchased this USB because who doesn't need more storage space. It was a great buy- small and slim. Makes it easy to travel with.

easy to use, fast, and efficient. Small, light weight, and portable!! The slim body fits nicely into my carrying bag and laptop case without being bulky.

After losing everything to Google Drive, I got this so I can keep my own backups. The cloud is cool and all, but it lost over 30GB's of my music! No problems with the drive, and 1TB is more than enough for all my music, movies, and misc. files.

This Seagate Backup Plus drive is crazy-small, small enough to where it doesn't seem like you can actually store 1TB worth of data on yet, and yet it has plenty of space for all the music, movies, and photos you could desire to put on it. On top of that, it's a speedy drive, with transfers on par with its larger cousins, and it mounts quickly as well. Very impressed and pleased with my purchase. I don't think drives could actually be any smaller lest they begin violating the laws of physics. Highly recommended for anyone with data to store.

Easy to setup and use with lots of space for backing up our data

It is very easy to use and exactly what I wanted to store, transport and transfer my data. Some products are a bit confusing to use at first, but this was quick easy and step by step.
