This is a portable device that is capable to hook up to my xbox one for extra storage space. It also came with 200gb cloud storage when registering the product.Overall great product and dose what I need it to.

It is a convenient external hard drive . I like the slim size. I also have been able to save and transfer data as needed .

Great external drive. Easy set up and use. Processes quickly. Note to those with both mac and pc products in the house, you need one for each type of computer. Initial set up easy and walks you through everything.

I purchased this solely on price but now I'm hooked on Seagate. I've had the other brands but this one is super fast, portable and dependable. I liked it so much I just bought a 4Tb SSHD for my desktop at home.

This device is small but packs a lot of storage. Easy to handle and I love it.

Seems to work so far. Used this as an emergency measure to boot my MacBook. Main HD failed, so I put Lion on this HD and booted the MacBook just fine. Backed up the failing HD to this new HD and it worked great.

Nice light weight, easy to store in your computer case without taking up too much space, yet plenty of storage.

The setup process was very easy. I was able to move my iTunes to drive but have not moved it to my new computer yet. I am still figuring out to use to my advantage but so far so good. It is very small, easily portable, which I love. It makes it easier to take with me. Plus I can access via an app on my iPhone.

Real proof only comes over time, but this has not given me any problems or concerns so far. I have had several Seagate generations of these types of drives and this one is replacing one I moved to DVR duty.

This external hard drive is very convenient in size and it works just as it should. I also like the fact I can use it on both my mac and windows computers.

This drive has worked great so far, affordable, fast, slim and super portable. Doesn't make much noise and seems fairly durable!

I have used SeaGate devices for a few years now, some successfully and some disastrously, but they more often than not deliver what is expected - often more so. This is one of those cases - I am pleased.

Wanted a portable hard drive at a reasonable price. Put it to good use when the computer hard drive had issues. Restored from the portable drive ....and all is well! So glad we got one and backed up regularly!

this hardware works very nicely in the background while my laptop works in the foreground.I can feel confident that my information is being backed up and being safe in case something were to happen to my laptop

This backup external USB is just what my husband needed for storage. Rather than using up all our storage space on our laptop, we have plenty of storage space on this external USB. We absolutely love it!

Very thin and small making it easy to transport without taking up a lot of space, even fit's in the coat pocket. Decent amount of storage for backing up critical files at a decent price.

Bought this for my son for his Xbox One. It did it's job. Still going strong after almost 2 years of him having this. He is constantly downloading and storing new games. Great Product!

It is a great hard drive. It is also very slim and portable for it's size. Along with the great price for a 1TB of storage.

The Seagate - Backup Plus Slim 1TB External USB 3.0/2.0 Portable Hard Drive has more than ample capacity for all files and videos. My daughter loves it.
