However, it works perfectly once I got that straightened out! Tech support was great.

Great compact hard drive

It works well and is a good value for the price. If I have to nitpick one thing, it would be that I don't love the installed software. It's not that it is bad or doesn't work well, it just feels a little dated and clunky. For a sleek-looking device, you'd expect similarly polished software. But, it's hardly worth complaining about the software when the device looks great and works great. I'd recommend it to anyone needing a compact drive.
