For 1TB, the price was great, especially since it was on sale and I got a free $10 gift card with it as well. Very happy with it.

I am currently using this with my XBOX One as an external hard drive, and it works perfectly! Games today take up a large chunk of console memory, even with the hard copy due to the updates and download files. As such, a hard drive is a no brainer, and the Seagate provides a perfect balance of transportability and efficiency.

I have 3 TB and my mom was so impressed that I bought her one, too. But she jus needs a 1 TB.

This is the fifth drive I have purchased and it works flawlessly. I replace my backup drive every six months and never had an issue.

I can slide this drive into my pocket. And I always found Seagate drives to be dependable.

This external drive was recommended by the Best Buy staffer when I was replacing my laptop. I am an amateur genealogist, so I have lots of scanned documents, photos and research materials that I need to keep and need to store safely. This has been a great addition to my laptop and has been easy for me to use. (I am not a tech savvy person).

I needed this when my computer had to get fixed!!! Everything got transferred over and there was still tons of space remaining!!!!

Past performance with another Seagate was very successful. It just sat there off to the side and did its thing with regular backups. I recommend it for beginners on up.
