Great sales price! Picked up at store next day, installed and doing daily full system backups with zero problems.

Purchased this as a present for my son. Setup was was easy and we easily transferred files between his PC and my Mac.

I bought this external hard drive to back up my previous computer, and I worked like a charm and it is super slim.

I bought this to back up all of my photos and files from an old laptop. Perfect for the job and a TON of space.

Works as advertised. No problems. Bought this a month and a half ago to back wife's pictures up and wouldn't you know it - corrupt Windows file made me do a clean install. SImple to use (plug n play), small but not too small that you're going to misplace it like a thumb drive. Well worth the price.

This unit work outstanding and is easy to use just plug in to any USB port, set the day and it does the work.

Followed the directions to a T but had trouble getting the program to work on my Apple product. Worked great on my PC and the price was great

My 4yr old PC was running very slow. I took it to the Geek Squad and discovered it would cost $200 for the tech support package in order to get my PC repaired. I told your team member that I'm not very tech saavy, and I would appreciate his help in evaluating the options. He reviewed my PC uses and gave me a sheet with recommendations that he then pass onto a sales person. That person took the sheet and showed me two options that met my needs. Both members also reviewed the $100 tech support cost when you purchase a new PC, which will allow me to get a new PC and then get my old one fixed so my wife can use it. All in all, I believe I got good advice.

There is no setup to this drive. Literally plugged it in and picked which filed to download and walked away.
