Having some problems...
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.So far, i need to have it connected first before boot up to have my gaming rig recognize it; but it fails to appear if done after boot up... the computer (the windows explorer hangs...) can't locate nor recognized it attached. Trying to see if its the partitioning i did, but i have no problems with my WD 5TB. Oh well, i will observing for awhile but i might return if the problem continues...

Not user friendly and device driver issues

After repeated attempts, I finally was successful connecting the storage devise. I then backup up my system to it, about 500 gb of data. After about a week of using it, I could no longer find the device with an error message. I then backed my data to my old 1.5gb drive and returned this drive to the store. Will now attempt to buy the WD version of the drive.
