It is fast and has plenty of storage for whatever your needs are. I have had the one on the PC for around 2 years now and I have had no trouble with it. The one on the Xbox One I bought about a month ago. I have a Plex server running on my PC and I use this drive to store the digital media, along with other data storage. While I wouldn't trust any single drive with very important files, this makes a great backup drive or large multi-use drive. For better security of important data, I would personally recommend either a NAS or cloud backup solution. If you need a lot of storage and do not want to break the bank, I would highly recommend that you get this drive.
