Easy set up for Xbox one. All cords included. Works great!! Only issue is it came with 200GB in iCloud storage that is not compatable with Xbox so you forfeit those but with 5TB at such a great price, we won't need that additional space for awhile.

i mostly back up photos and text files, and this does the job just fine. my photo files are large so i like having a 5TB option. even the first backup was easy. good one.

I got this because I needed a way to copy a disk image of my iMac hard drive; needed it quick and Mac formatted wasn't readily available (plus a little more expensive), so got this, formatted it for Mac on my own, and copied over what I needed to restore my iMac from this drive. Worked as expected and don't have to worry about data loss as much when I periodically lose power. Other external drive is formatted for NTFS for use with Windows VM, but needs driver. It has gone through some uncontrollable power loss along with files getting corrupted, so that was the reason for the reformat. Overall, stable product and works great!

Drive works great. I currently own two of them and mainly use them for backup purposes. I don't use the seagate software, just pretty much copy over the folders and files I need. I wouldn't leave the drive on all day but for my couple hour long backups I didn't experience any overheating issues, case does get warm.

I needed a large SATA III HD and this one fit the bill nicely. I did not want it external so I broke off the case and it was just a standard HD inside which I mounted internally. Overall, not to hard to break the case off and the drive is a drive so fit nicely. Happy with my purchase.

I've found Seagate drives fairly reliable, and this one was easy to set up and use on a Mac. The real test is in how well the drive holds up over time, so I'd have to check back in on that one. But overall, a decent drive for storage of files.

Good big hard drive, but always need a spare on hand. Sometimes they act funky.

Using this to keep my TV Shows on. I've owned it about a month and no issues at all with it. Picked it up for about $137 after a price match very happy with so far.

Didn't realize Xbox has such a small memory holding capability. Bought as Christmas gift to expand the storage capacity. Very pleased how it works with Xbox one.

The size of this drive is amazing. It's quiet and has fast transfer rates.

I bought this for my husband because it was on sale. It was also a 5TB unit. It works great, and holds so much more than the older external hard drives he has.

The price was right on this one. Speed is OK, build quality is good. I've only had it for about 2 weeks at the time of this review; time will tell, of course, but I have no complaints yet. I used to steer clear of Seagate due to high failure rates, but they've improved and WD has gotten slightly worse, at least in my experience, so they're pretty much all the same to me now.

Good Price for a good product. There are no issues since I have had it.
