I have used Seagate products in the past with great results, good reliability, easy to use as additional external backup storage.

I have 10 other external drives ranging from 250MB to 3TB. This is the perfect size for the price. It is designed to lay flat instead of standing on end. My other drives are divided half and half. One observation: When I started to use this drive, I used the power sources from some of my other drives because they were handy and all looked the same. But this new drive would not work. Then I used the power plug provided and no problems since. Go figure that there was a difference. Very happy with Seagate.

A Good bang for the buck it works well with xbox one

Large 5TB storage capacity, quick USB 3.0 interface, and a sleek metal design. It's everything I expected. If you're looking for a large capacity and nice looking design this is the drive for you.

my first one i had to send back because the plug would not stay in the back of the drive. but replacement is fine. rather a real pain to wait for it to show up just to find out you have got to send it back and wait for a replacement.

Got this unit about one month ago. Plug and play, Easy software set up, and has worked flawlessly for backing up my Audio and Video files.

Set up was easiest thing I have ever done. I was new to xbox and got 500GB XBox One S. This solved all problems very fast

Needed some extra storage and got this at a good price. It's has a lot of storage and has been working very good so far.

This unit can be hidden behind my iMac. It is easy to get hooked up and get backup. It got 5TB space and it can hold a lot of stuff.

It's nice to have an external drive have at least 5 TB worth of space! Nice and fast, decent price, and holds anything I want it to!

Purchased to expand my storage for my Xbox One and it works great for that use. The only negative is that it uses a proprietary cable instead of a standard USB cable. Outside of that, I've been very happy with the device.

These are excellent drives and storage capacity. I took them out of the case and installed inside my computer and they work great.

The drive is has over 5 trillion bytes, but that does not mean it is 5.0 "Terabytes" in size. Yes, it is semantics, but it is inaccurate. This is a 4.5 TB drive. It does work flawlessly on my Windows 7, 64-Bit PC, and I've had it for about a month. We'll see how well it works in a couple years from now.

This was extremely easy to set up on our Mac Pro as a Time Machine backup drive. It's not fast, so I wouldn't use it for creative projects like video or audio editing, but it makes up for that in capacity for the price.

I have used Seagate external drives before and this drive works just as I have expected to allow me to back up files. The transfer rate is excellent. I have used it for several weeks and have not had any issues.

The Seagate external hard drive, 5 GB's, was an excellent price when it was on sale, saving me approximately $50.00!
