Works, but Hard to Set Up

My first storage

I was able to complete Setup easy, but was unable to find how to open up the program to use it. After playing around with the program for along while; I was able to use the product. I was also, able to place an app on my desktop and can now easily run the program each time I want to backup my files. Seems to work fine. Did notice I need to unplug it from my computer before turning on my computer---- to avoid startup problems with my computer.
