Not user-friendly

Whenever I use Alienware's SupportAssist program to create a Recovery Drive, it requires a complete format of the drive. Why? I don't know. Also, take into consideration that I have been using computers since the early 90's. So, I do kinda know my way around a PC. Just the basics though. Ok, that's that, review is done. Sorry if this isn't helpful.

Runs hot. I'm sure it will fail soon

Luckily I don't have it plugged in all the time, but I have had about 8 seagate drives and one by one they have started to fail. Very annoying and probably because of the poor case design. It holds so much heat in causing early failure.
