I really like this external hard drive. It has rubber feet and lays flat on the table so it is not going to fall and break (which happened with my old one, and losing information is horrible). The one caveat I have with this external hard drive is that it has to be plugged into the wall, so it can be hard to travel with sometimes or to find a place that can be plugged into an outlet and hooked up via USB.

When I purchased the drive, I didn't expect it would be that big. But it is pretty reliable so far.

This product was very easy to use. I'm a novice and even I understood how to use it.

I use two of these now for my Xbox One and you just to plug them in and start playing right away. It makes your digital collection easy to store and manage with enough space so you don't have to delete games for now and re-download them later. If you need extra space these 2 drives will preform quickly and quietly, They are USB 3.0 and have an excellent seek speed for direct play off of the drive.

The software with this drive is horrible. It slows down the drive and is basically unusable. Once it was uninstalled, the drive worked OK, maybe a tad faster than USB 2.0, but not normal USB 3.0 speeds. I went to Seagate due to several of our Toshiba and Western Digital drives crashing without the ability to salvage any data.

Needed lots of storage for a special project and found good solution in these drives.

I needed this to back up my pc, laptop, and phones. I still have tons of space left.

I'm a photographer and use external hard drive for years, Seagates is my brand preference but lately the drives have problems

I use it to store large amounts of data, especially HD and 4K video. No failure yet.

Good storage. Took some time to make it compatible to use on my mac, but it's good.

Its really fast, it's a great way to keep your hard drive on your laptop cleared and running in top shape. It doesn't make a lot of noise and it shuts off by itself when not in use, but it fires up on demand without any lag. I would get another one because you can never be to safe

I have purchase Seagate hard dives both in my computers and external backup drives for 30 years. There reputation is impecable as is there product. I just purchase 2 Seagate 5 T backups for my photos as well as business and personal data. Stay with the best and you'll never be disapointed.

All I can say is you'll probably never use all the storage on this hard drive

this was a great one, we all liked something like this for the pc that we own

this is a very large drive. useful for storing a lot of data, including pictures and data

Not a speed demn but for this much storage at this price I won't complain.
