What more can you say, 8 TB in a single USB drive. It worked fine out of the box, connected to windows 7 and windows 10 computers flawlessly and is USB 3 fast... Have 3 of these for backing up a NAS and all have worked fine with no issues

I work with a lot of 4K video, so 8TB drives have become a staple for me, and I've gone through so many of them, I've lost count. Seagate drives are all I use. They're extremely reliable and I never have issues with them.

Bought many hard drives over the past ten years and this one seems to be holding up pretty well. I still don't trust spinning hard drives and only solid states but for the price you can't beat it so buy two and back up :)

I've been using this as an expansion to my Xbox one for several years now and I have zero complaints! Works great for storage and even running digital games off it. So glad I got it.

I use this backup for both my desktop and my tablet to store all my pictures and files on it. I have never had a problem with it. Seagate is the only external backup I will use.

Love this hard drive. Use it to backup my PC as well as store multi-media files (have it formatted into 2 separate partitions). Great response time for read/write, and reliable.

Large external HDD. I've attached to my home storage system as a backup. It works well enough and can't really go wrong with a little under 8 usable terabytes of storage.

I have used seagate hard drives in the past the 8 gig backup was a great price and adds so much extra storage to my system.

I needed a backup that was large enough to handle all my videos and photographs but small enough to be portable and this is the perfect combination for me.

Every couple years I have to buy a larger drive to store family photos and videos. Love the speed of USB 3.0 and the hordes of space. No complaints here.

I really like this HD so far. I have had it for a few months and it performs GREAT! The dashboard that comes with it is fantastic and its super simple.

I have downloaded hundreds of thousands of pictures from my laptop so far and this external hard drive hasn't didn't reached 10%. Awesome!!!

Drive worked great, and was easily attached to system and accessible. Drive was a really good price for the amount of storage. Great value.

I missed this at the 200.00 option at Christmas but needed one fast as the 3rd back up like your supposed to perform. I wanted one to hold it all. Sometimes tricky to get it to recognize on of xp computers. No protection at all for itself.
