I use this for my XBOXONE and now keep everything on it. Perfect for that purpose.

Excellent for what it does portable storage very compact

It's a solid drive that works really well. My only issue with it is the need of using two USB ports. It's a minor thing but not a deal breaker

I don't like that this device requires so much power.

I needed a place to park a couple TB of data and didn't expect a hard drive to just not work. First off, it's got a proprietary cable rather than a standard USB/micro USB cable so don't missplace that for sure. I plugged it in and expected it to work but my system didn't recognize the drive. I tried again after a fresh reboot and got an error message saying something about inadequate power. I tried again and it connected fine and I figured those must have been new device glitches so I moved a significant amount of valuable data to the drive and then when I tried accessing the data, the drive wouldn't attach again like before. My time is too valuable to waste taking the back to the store. I'll research (didn't realize I'd have to) which drive to purchase instead.

Big and fast. No issues to report. Replacing multiple old drives.

This is really nice portable 4TB hard drive although the price is a little high.

I use this for my xbox one. It's a large amount of memory for the large data of games. Plus it's portable. Small yet powerful... Plus I got it for a great price with specials going on

It's so convenient to backup all files into this small hard drive. Excellent quality and fast speed to read and write.

Hold all your Moves, TV Shows, Pictures and Music... and plug it into my TV all the time. Plug n play works great. Some older TV's might not work as well.

Many USB plugs will not power this drive. The drive includes a special connection cord with only a small note that this issue exists. Even took drive to Geek Squad and they misdiagnosed the problem as a bad drive.

This is as good as any other large external drive but I've been going back and forth trying this one and the non 'FAST' one which is cheaper. I thought this would be faster because I read in the Q&A section that it has two drives on a RAID 0, which should make it faster. After, returning and acquiring several drives I finally performed a HHD speed test on my drives and found that this one is no faster than any other drive I have. The big DISADVANTAGE, however, is that it requires two USB ports to provide enough power (Y cable is provided). A hefty workstation may not require this but my MS Surface does. Given that there is no performance boost it's not worth having the two cables. So, I'm returning it and going back to the regular one (which also comes in colors, unlike this one.)
