Great little workhorse

I've only had one give me any problems. These are great little workhorses. This one is being used to move all the files from one computer to another so the USB 3.0 speed is appreciated.

I works really fast, doesn't heat up much, and is ready to go out of the box - what you expect from a hard drive. Only problem - not really a major one - is the cable. It is unique for Seagate so if you lose it or something happens, you have to get it from them. You can't just use a std USB or Mini-USB for connect to the Hard Drive.

Your Basic Portable Backup External Hard Drive

It is very compact, has 1tb of capacity and is easy to use. Overall, a pretty good value at around $60.
