Compact with great storage. Not bulky like some so its easy to transport. Great for backing up videos and pictures. Reasonably priced.

I bought a new computer, so i thought I would need a new external hard drive. I did research reviews on both Best Buy and Amazon. After reading all the reviews, I decided this was the drive for me. Plenty of storage and was easy to operate. I didn't notice until I got home that it came with additional one drive storage for two years, free.. When I got it home, it was a breeze to set up and you can either set it up to back up continuously , or use the snapshot feature, to do a fast one time back up

This product is a no brainier to use. Just plug it in and you are ready to go. I travel with it because it is small and light.

Very happy with the performance of the Slim Plus drive. I've been using it to transfer files between 2 separate secure networks at work and its size is perfect (fits in my back pocket), since I have to walk a distance with it. I was required to encrypt the drive due to my company's security policy. This doesn't seem to have any adverse effect on the drive, but be warned, if you have to do the same, you might want to schedule it after hours. It took better than 5 hours to complete the process.

Looking for 1TB portable hard drive. I recommend this one, light weight easy to use and last but not the least this 3.0USB.

Easy to use, just plug into your computer and download your pictures easily. Holds tons of pictures, its slim and lightweight.

I wasn't sure when I purchased that it would be compatible with my son's Xbox 360. (I had made the mistake of researching online and found out more than any mom could ever want to know about gaming). However, just simply plug the drive to the Xbox with supplied cord and the Xbox does the rest. Very simple. Great price on sale- hence the reason I chose the portable option versus an external drive with its own power supply (bonus one less thing to plug into the power strip).

I needed a good external hard drive with plenty of room. I like how it's thin and compact and works efficiently.

This external works perfectly for safely saving all my documents. It is thin, light, easy to carry to school.

These are extremely nice as they will fit in your coat pocket and only need one cable to connect to most USB ports. The speed could be a little better despite it stating that it is USB 3.0, it still takes a while to transfer large files, or a lot of files at once, helpful tip, you are far better off transferring a few files at a time, 8 to 10GB rather than trying to transfer or copy 30-50GB at once, for some reason it just slows down and takes hours as opposed to 20-30 minutes. Additionally you want to be very careful with these as if you do not remove them in the operating systems software, or unmount them then the next time you plug the drive in you may get a shock as it will ask you to format the disk and your data will have disappeared. Also do not drop these or subject them to any sudden impact as they are very sensitive and the enclosures do not provide the best protection. You can purchase aftermarket rubberized caddies that clip on around the drives and provide a extra level of safety. All and all its a good price for a lot of portable space, however keep in mind that there are 2TB, 3TB out there now for under $80, $170 respectively.

size, weight and performance are excellent. Having no difficulty. Like the way it just plugs in and works.

I bought this portable hard drive to be able to keep my full set of files and photos handy when I travel - no need to bring a laptop since I can plug this into to a family member's PC. Handy way to have all the files I need, wherever I go. I also like having all of my precious photos in one compact place - I have copied photos from multiple other external drives, all onto this one. The lightest one I have owned, I take it in my purse!
