This is a great little drive that maximizes capacity with a slim line design which is both functional and cosmetically pleasing. It provides ample storage and seems to work very well so far.

Have to buy this one for my MAC so I can store up stuff. Plus it has a great storage space. Love that I don't have to use power cord, its just a plug and play device so that's very handy.

I can't express how important it is to always be prepared with extra back up space on hard drives , I love these drives with my i mac , never a problem always a solution .

This external hard drive was super easy to set up and gave me more than enough space for all of my photos. I haven't tried it with Time Machine, but as an extra storage piece it works great!

This is already great for a backup or extension of disk space needed for a student. Its size is slim (not bulky) and very portable. No need for the more expensive ones in the market.

Fast USB 3 or 2 interface. Recognized the MacBook Pro and started Time Machine automatically to do the backup. Seagate quality and reliability makes this an excellent choice.

I purchased this hard drive to back up my mac book pro. I am upgrading to an Air soon. This hd holds 4 years with of digital photos of my son and thousands of files for work. It was simple to use. Only con is that the usb cord seems loose when plugged in to the ext. hd.

The Seagate drive is plug and play, with loads of storage. I love the sleek size - you can take it with you anywhere. It has instructions, but one thing that could be improved is the instructions themselves for those of us not too up-to-date on our terminology.

This was a perfect back up for my MAC. It's very small and light weight. I can back up all my pictures and my music and still have room for files. It was a great price too.

I purchased this unit for as a redundant back up drive that I can also take with me on the road. This drive fits easily in my laptop bag due to its extremely small footprint. It is also quick and much quieter than my primary drive which cost much more. Also it was simple and easy to set up. I am thinking about buying another one and giving my older, clunkier backup drive to my daughter.

Love this. Tons of storage for not a bad price. So convenient. Plug it in when using files, but if just watching Netflix your computer doesn't have to be clogged up
