Seagate 26TB External Drive

That worked OK and I could see the videos OK. But.. I use a WD TV Live media player and the player could not recognize any videos. I cleaned the unit and returned it to Best Buy. They were gracious enough to return my funds.

Worst drive ever.

Plus, Best Buy made me buy a plan to return the second one. Now I only shop at Best Buy if I have no other options after being so dissatisfied with the product and customer service

Normally excellent products

Bought it for a Christmas gift, tried using it today and it is not recognized by Windows 11 at all. Tried 3 different computers and different outlets, nothing happens. I have bought Seagate products in the past and still have them and they work great. No visible damage but it's dead.

We bought two, and both were the same. Pure trash. Avoid these useless drives at all costs. This was the worst mistake we ever made.
